This 314 deeded +/- acre tract is located approximately 2 miles east of Sedan, New Mexico on Hwy 102 to the southwest corner of the tract, thence mile further east on Hwy 102 along the south boundary of the tract to Cowan Road (all-weather), thence north on Cowan Road for 1 mile along the east boundary of the property.
