The night sky is so clear you will be amazed by how many stars you can see.
There is no zoning. You can camp or RV without restriction. You can have a mansion, mobile home, prefabricated home, etc. This can be your perfect tiny home land. There is no Homeowners Association (HOA). There is no Property Owners Association (POA). There's just you, your freedom, and the beauty of nature.

At 31.746697 -105.268092 turn left onto Sparks Ranch Road.
0.14 mile later take the left fork heading roughly north.
0.09 mile later at 31.749489 -105.266369 follow the bend to the left heading roughly west.
94 yards later the road will bend to the right heading roughly north, go that way.
1.77 miles later at 31.772189 -105.271758 turn left toward the west.
0.47 mile later turn right, you will see a water tank on your left as you go by.
Just after the water tank at 31.772672 -105.280014 turn left heading roughly southwest.
1.75 miles later you will be at the property.
