Description:

This heavily wooded tract of land is made up of approximately 63 acres upland the majority of which is covered by mature pine of various ages. The balance of the acreage is about 40 acres along the river and is also heavily wooded with various species of mature hardwood timber. Portions of this area also have some Live Oaks scattered about randomly. This area is traversed by Four Acre Creek which provides some ponded areas suitable for holding ducks in the winter.

The property fronts along GA Hwy. 178 for over a half mile providing opportunities for subdivision of smaller parcels. Some 3500 ft. of Ohoopee River frontage provides white sandy beaches accented by the dark brown water of the river.

The property has good soils and is generally surrounded by larger timber tracts.
