This would make a nice family hunting tract. It is located in an area with good deer and turkey hunting, and it already has a couple of food plots for wildlife. It has a good stand of timber, most of which is ready to be thinned. There is also a nice drain running through the property with a nice mix of bigger pine and hardwood along it.
