For avid waterfowlers, finding a property with such abundant avian activity is rare. Additionally, the location of this property offers exceptional whitetail deer hunting opportunities. Cheyenne Bottoms is home to extensive habitat dedicated to whitetail deer, and this property has historically produced trophy-class deer.
The varied terrain here creates a safe haven for deer, providing ample cover from the harsh Kansas winters. Most of the cover is found in a bowl-like area centrally located on the 154+/- acres, with a pond at the center. With some grass cover and food plots, this property can yield great results for both waterfowl and trophy-class whitetail deer.
The property also features draw systems with thick grass cover, making it ideal for upland hunting. Experience thrilling hunts for Kansas roosters alongside skilled pointers in the grassy draws.
When viewed from above, envision the tillable acres transformed into native grasses and switchgrass, complemented by well-placed food plots surrounding the pond. With thoughtful planning and development, this property can become a truly special outdoor retreat.
