PRIME PASTURE GROUND IN PANOLA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
Sitting along Henderson Road, this 136.3 acre property offers the perfect blend of productive pasture and outdoor recreation. The land is fully fenced and cross-fenced, ready for hay production or a working cattle operation. A large 50’x60’ red barn with double sliding doors and two spacious overhangs provides ample storage for tractors, equipment, or hay.
Approximately 24 acres of timber line the backside of the property, creating ideal bedding and cover for the abundant deer and turkey that frequent the area. The land also features two large ponds that offer fishing opportunities and a smaller pond for livestock and wildlife water supply.

This place is special for the outdoorsman. I’ve personally hunted here and listened to eight or more longbeards gobbling from behind the barn on spring mornings. Deer numbers are strong, and quality bucks have been harvested in the surrounding area for years. With so much open ground, adding food plots would only enhance the hunting potential.
Whether you’re looking to build your forever home, start or expand a cattle operation, or create a premier recreational getaway, the Panola 136.3 is a true blank slate loaded with potential.
Contact Hunter Robison or Caleb Warren today to schedule a private showing of this awesome opportunity.

Research Parcel InformationHunter is a lifelong Mississippi manborn and raised right outside of Water Valley, in Panola County. He graduated from Lafayette High School in Oxford and then attended the University of Mississippi where he received his bachelors degree in exercise science before being accepted into the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Meridian Community College. Since 2018, Hunter has worked in the physical therapy field as a licensed PTA, where he traveled throughout Mississippi and central Louisiana working with patients in different settings. At an early age, Hunter was introduced to the outdoors while spending time with his dad hunting and fishing. His love for chasing mature whitetail deer and wild turkeys has carried him all across the United States. Many fall mornings have been spent sitting in the hardwoods of the Midwest or swamps of the Deep South. In the spring, he enjoys shed hunting and chasing wild turkeys from coast to coast.Through his love for wildlife, Hunter has found a new hobby focused on conservation and property enhancement projects for a variety of landscapes. Hunter can be found performing prescribed burns and hinge cuts, planting trees/food plots, or taking soil samples to ensure properties reach their max potential.Since owning my first piece of property, I have truly realized the value of land ownership. Land has proven to be a stable investment offering the ability for forced appreciation while affording the opportunity to hunt, fish, and spend quality family time on your own dirt.Hunter and his college sweetheart turned wife, Victoria, call Batesville home. They are the proud parents of Goldie and are expecting another daughter, Della, in the new year. The Robison family attends Pinelake Church in Oxford.
