Parks Quarter - CRP income & hunting!!!

The Parks Quarter is nice deer hunting tract, with annual income through its CRP contract. It is only a few miles west of Paducah; with utilities and some minerals to transfer, this is one to look at!

Of the 160 +/- total acres, approximately 120.95 acres is enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) through 2020. This contract pays the landowner around $3,600 at the end of each September; the purpose of the program is to keep the land in a fallow state, so you can't graze or farm it. But, it doesn't limit your ability to hunt the property and/or install a small food plot for wildlife, so it's perfect for the recreational buyer! The mesquites in the CRP fields have recently been sprayed too, per the CRP contract, so the new owner won't have any maintenance walking into the place.
