Payne Ranch

The Ranch reflects a good winter rangeland and recreational property located in western Colusa County. Currently under a Williamson Act Contract, so taxes will remain low. The ranch consist of several ponds and a couple of seasonal streams with elevations ranging from 1,100 to 2000 ft. The entire property is fenced and cross fenced and nicely laid out for gathering and moving cattle with working corrals improved along Bear Valley Road, near Highway 20.
