Topography, Rangeland & Habitat
This property has roughly 100 feet of elevation change as you traverse across Dorr Creek, which runs through the middle of the ranch at roughly 260ft above sea level, while the main home, hunter’s lodge, and hunter’s cabin are roughly 340-350 feet above sea level. While most of the ranch is covered with Pine Trees, trails have been skillfully cut to allow ease of access to virtually every part of the ranch.
Wildlife
Hunting is the main driving force with this high-fenced trophy ranch, as the wildlife includes animals such as axis, oryx, fallow, stag, elk, white-tailed deer, red deer, rams, and Pere David’s deer. With this ranch being heavily wooded and having Dorr Creek run through the middle, the wildlife has natural structural cover and easy access to water. During some parts of the year, Dorr Creek can hold strong numbers of white bass.
