There is a creek that winds through the heart of this property. It provides live water year around for wildlife and/or livestock. There are three bends in the creek, creating natural pools and loafing areas.

This property has the potential to harvest big whitetails each and every year. With approximately 100 acres of farm ground, split by the meandering creek, provision of food and habitat for the local Wall Hangers to keep them coming to your property is an easy task.
