The Pishkun Ranch if full of old Montana history. This unique 1730 acre property has old buffalo trails, and it has one of the only "pishkuns" which is a place where natives would condense the buffalo herd to increase their success for hunting. You'll also find dinosaur bones in old rock formations. The water rights date back to 1900 and are non-adjudicated. You can irrigate all year long.
