French doors open into a pine-paneled sunroom with a concrete floor. The entryway leads into a carpeted great room with sliding glass doors overlooking the back yard, and a gas fireplace with a wood mantel. In the winter months when leaves are off the trees the room enjoys views of Cold Knob and the surrounding hillsides. Just outside the sliding doors an area has been prepped for a deck addition.

Butler Mountain, in northern Greenbrier County, reaches an elevation of 2770 feet. Lewisburg is an easy 20-25 minute drive.
