Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized to manage the sale of the Pleasant Grove Tract containing approximately 154.46 acres located in Union County, Arkansas.

The Pleasant Grove Tract is a recreation and timberland investment property located southeast of El Dorado. This tract has hardwood timber available for immediate harvest. There is also a six year old pine plantation and a three year old naturally regenerated upland area that offer a long term investment for the buyer.

Bear Creek offers a water source for wildlife, while the mix of timber stands and open right-of-ways present a great hunting environment. A portion of the property has sloughs that hold water and offers duck hunting opportunities.
