Poteet area

The property is located on Mangum Road in north central Atascosa County about 4 miles north of Poteet. The parent tract consists of about 70 acres of old field in regrowth and about 9 acres of native brush, which the owner will subdivide into 20 acre tracts. There are good views from a portion of the property and also a dry creek crossing a corner of the property.
