Prime Bottom Ground and Great Hunting

When you combine top tier river bottom soils with isolated pockets of big timber along the Weldon River you end up with a perfect investment and hunting combination farm. Currently, there are 33 acres in production. The farm being entirely composed of Nodaway Silt Loam soil makes expanding those tillable acres a real possibility. The remaining acres are currently in big river bottom timber consisting of Hickory, White Oak, Walnut, and Cottonwood.
