Rainbow Exotics Ranch is a retired high fence deer breeding and exotic bird breeding ranch that offers tremendous recreation opportunities and potential home sites that have some of the most amazing hill country views in the area. The focal point of the ranch is the clear water lake that is stocked to the brim with Florida bass. Owner reports catching a 14 lbs bass. In addition to the lake there is a nice smaller clear water spring fed pond and Alex Branch that runs through the middle of the ranch. Alex Branch is a seasonal branch with nice pools of clear water and is lined with huge Pecan and Burr Oak trees. The valley bordering the creek has has several improved grass fields of Coastal Bermuda and Klein grass. These are in need of some clearing and renovation to bring them back into production as hay fields.

From the Alex Branch creek bottom at an elevation of just over 1000 ft you will climb over multiple elevation changes until you reach the top level at nearly 1200 ft. The lower levels provide many unique topographic features and with multiple building sites with good views, however; once on top you will find absolutely incredible mountain top views from several locations. The current owner has begun clearing cedar from the hills leaving beautiful areas of scattered Oak and other hardwood trees. With a little finish work and burning you will have an absolutely gorgeous hill country ranch with endless possibilities.
The ranch headquarters sits on a nice lower elevation flat overlooking the lake. At the headquarters you will find a nice double wide mobile home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and with nice front deck and large game room off the back overlooking the lake. The headquarter also has two nice barns, water well, sheds and several abandoned bird houses and deer breeding pens. The perimeter and headquarters is still high fenced with high tensile 8 ft fencing that is approx 15 years old and still in great condition. There are still some quality improved genetic whitetail deer that were released on the ranch several years ago when the breeding business was closed.
