Water: Almost 1/4 mile of spring fed Threadgill creek disects the property. This water is crystal clear and home to striped bass, perch, and many other aquatic species. (*all creeks and rivers in Texas are subject to fluctuating levels of flow and can go underground or even become dry at times based on rainfall and other conditions. We make no representation as to the permanency of this creek as it exists today or at the time of your visits.) In addition to the creek is a catch pond on the North side which traps the runoff of the elevated areas. This provides a great water source and attractant for wildlife.

Improvements: The German style rock exterior main house is outfitted with custom wooden cabinets and counters, 2.5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, tankless water heater, royal master bath, standing seam metal roof, grand wrap around porch and stainless appliances. A six stall english style horse barn with efficienty apartment. The barn is complete with tack room and wash rack. The efficiency apartment has it's own septic, kitchenett, living area and mini split air conditioner. Land: Rancho Cielito Lindo is approximately 70% rolling to flat terrain and 30% hills. There is an elevation change of ~130' from the entrance to the top of the hill. On the North end of the property is a completely fenced off 11 acre hay field. This field is planted with Coastal Bermudagrass which is baled every summer. Last year they cut almost 100 round bales off this field which provided additional income to the property. The ranch has an easily traveresed road system that can get you to all corners of the property. The ranch has a great mixture of cleared areas and brushy areas to provide for wildlife and grazing. Great native grasses and trees are found throughout the property. 90% of the cedar has been removed from the property.

Wildlife: Gillispie County is home to one of the largest populations of whitetail deer. Turkey, white wing and eurasion dove also frequent the ranch.
