This is a timber property in highly desirable Clatsop County and close to the strong northwest log markets. The property is fully timbered with Douglas fir and red alder on 28.76 acres with the balance in riparian zone. There are two fish bearing streams on the property. A cruise was completed in August 2022 and shows 18 MBF/ acre of red alder and 15 MBF/ acre of Douglas fir. The red alder average diameter is 16.8" and the average Douglas fir diameter is 23".
