In addition to the two irrigation wells, the Rawhide Creek Farm has some of the oldest water rights in the valley. There are approximately 279 shares of water rights allocated to the farm by the Lingle Water Users District. The costs associated with these shares include fees for the ditch rider which totals approximately $3,000 per fiscal year plus the cost of pumping the water from the ditches to the pivots. The farm offers two sets of improvements. The improvements located on the west portion include a 1,457 sq. ft., three bedroom, two bath home with a detached garage, grain bin, and a 1,920 sq. ft.
