From Eagle intersection of Highways 44 and 55, take ID-55N and continue for 12.6 miles; turn left onto Old Hwy 55-Horseshoe Bnd Hl/Summit Ridge Rd. Drive to Bread Loaf Rd for 3.2 miles.
