In addition to the 2 bedrooms the house has a kitchen with built-in wood cabinets, family room, and a front room that was used for a combination formal living/dining room.
There is also a 48' X 81' Quonset building on the homestead, that Otto used for machinery storage and work shop, it is wired for 110 and 220 V. electric. In addition, another 20' X 31' storage/garage style structure is on the homestead, where Otto kept his tractor, and misc. lawn and garden equipment.
