Recreational and Timber Investment Tract

The topography is fairly level along Melrose Lane and there are number of good locations for a homesite or camp. There is a nice hardwood bottom with acorn producing oaks along the creek. Eberline Mill Creek runs across the eastern half of the parcel. There is an existing barn structure on the tract close to the road. The timber on the east side of the creek was last cut in 2008. There is also a small section of woods along the west side of Melrose Lane. Approximately 50 acres were replanted with pines about 2 years ago and the trees are coming up nicely. Deer are plentiful.

This tract is located on Melrose lane (county maintained). From Coffeeville, take Gin Road East for approximately 1.9 miles. Turn right on Melrose Lane. The property starts about 150 yards to the south.
