Recreational Farm with 2 Acre Pond and ROI

This farm is in an area known for an established population of quail and the two acres of water provide an excellent resting spot for migrating geese and ducks. Not to mention the chance to have your own 2 acre stocked fishing pond for year-round enjoyment.

This farm is in a great neighborhood if you are a deer hunter and the timbered draws that surround the pond have a history of holding quality bucks. There was a large presence of deer when taking photos of the farm. Turkey sign was also present when we toured the farm.
