Red Rocks South

This parcel is good pasture or hunting land for mule deer and elk and also allows one direct access to adjacent BLM Lands for unlimited recreational pursuits. There is an adjudicated spring on the property which produces 3,500 + gallons of water per day and feeds 2 - 16,500 gallon storage tanks and can be used for wildlife enhancement projects or livestock. There is also a domestic well on the parcel. The property is protected in perpetuity by a conservation easement held by Mesa County Land Conservancy. A PDF copy of the easement is available. It does allow for a 10 acre building parcel.
