This established 40 acre rock quarry is one of a kind, still years of quality grade granite rock and material. Ten acres have been developed and the next 10 acres is ready to go and permitted. It has a easement road above the parcel that can be used for drilling and blasting which will bring the material to the lower large pit area where the material can be accessed.
