Rockin R Ranch

If you are looking for a retreat for excellent hunting, riding your ATV or just relaxing, this is it! This ranch is located in eastern McCulloch County about 8 mile north of Rochelle on FM 1028 and an easy driving distance from Brady, Brownwood and San Saba. It has a cozy cabin plus a 2nd larger house. The cabin is very nice. The 2nd house is habitable, but could use some updating.

There is also a very nice 1200 sq. ft. metal barn with double roll-up doors, a lean-to shed and a lighted cleaning station. There are 2 good stock tanks (ponds) and rolling hills with beautiful views. The ranch has a lot of brush and tree cover that consists of Bee Brush, Mesquite, Persimmon, Hackberry and Live Oak. The habitat is very good for deer, turkey, quail and dove. There is a small set of pens, the fences are in good shape and the property is cross-fenced.
