PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
The Rocking DC4 is 510+/- acres in the upper San Felipe Creek watershed in Val Verde County
just outside of Del Rio, Texas. The ranch is well watered with two water wells feeding six
troughs and has approximately one mile of San Felipe Creek. In addition to a great agricultural

mourning doves, white-winged doves, Bobwhite and Scaled (Blue) quail. Occasional sandhill
cranes, ducks, and many non-game birds are found. Additionally, the pond is loaded with catfish
