There are approximately 1,750 feet of frontage along Rocky Bottom Road with additional access from Rose Creek Road. A network of internal roads and trails provide access throughout the entire tract. The tract consists primarily of 145 acres of merchantable pine and over 185 acres of natural hardwood and pine which provide an ideal habitat for deer and turkey.
