Rolling Creek Ranch

Overview

Rolling Creek Ranch consists of 203+/- acres in a highly desirable area of eastern Wood County near Pine Mills, TX and approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes east of Dallas. The ranchs recent uses have been primarily world-class waterfowl hunting, deer hunting, outdoor recreation and family fellowship.

Terrain

Soils Soil types consist primarily of sandy loams with clays found at deeper levels. Specifically, Manco and Latch- Mollville soils are found near the riparian areas of the ranch. These soils are well draining and can be highly productive with proper soil preparation. The timbered upland areas are mixed sandy loams, including Duffern sand.

Trees Pine, oak, elm, and other hardwood varieties make up the primary tree canopy on the ranch. These trees are dense, undisturbed and add strong visual appeal.
