Dove and Bob-White quail are abundant and the fifteen or more tanks, ponds, and sloughs produce excellent waterfowl hunting. Most of the surface water features benefit from piped water supplied by an irrigation well that tested at one thousand gallons per minute with static water only twenty-six feet below the surface. The well is serviced by a propane-powered engine that also feeds a fully functioning pivot irrigation system that is set to water thirty acres or more of food plots and grain that can produce amazing dove hunting.
