This place is a secluded river retreat on approximately 850 feet of the clear running San Saba River. The house is a pier and beam construction with a large porch on the river side sitting on the bank of the river. It has a central air conditioning system. It is surrounded by several large trees, and their are many more on the lot to the west of the house. The house is the last house in a development so is almost completely surrounded by ranch land. Deer and other game are plentiful. Water is provided by a pump out of the river. It includes a 1500 gallon storage tank and pump for the house. The water is triple filtered.
