Sautee Inn

Property is an active B&B in beautiful and historic Sautee Nacoochee, GA just a couple of miles from Helen, GA. The seven acres would be great for an event center - and it has an adjoining property for overflow or an Innkeeper's home. There is quite a bit of history on this location - going back to the early 1800's when the first structure was built here. As time went on, it was modified, added to - then burned to the ground. A new structure was built in 1898 and has been there since. 7 guest rooms, all updated and with great reviews from those who have stayed year after year. With the Chattahoochee River close by, "Alpine" Helen, the Appalachian Trail (and many other trails), Anna Ruby Falls, there is so much to do relaxing will be #1 when you get back to the Inn. This could be a private residence - with a mother-in-law suite too!
