This charming two bedroom home, circa 1849, was moved from Indiana and reconstructed in a grove of giant oak trees with a 1790 log barn and arbor for outdoor seating. It features a master bedroom with a queen size four poster bed, vaulted ceiling and a double sided wood burning fireplace. The home is appointed in 18th and 19th century antiques.

Von Heinrich Home

This two bedroom home, circa 1787, was brought here from Pennsylvania and features fachwert, a traditional building method favored by German pioneers that consisted of heavy timber framing and diagonal bracing with an infill of limestone. A split rail fence, historic outbuildings, and an arbor with a great view enhance the homes country feel. Inside is a superior collection of 19th century American Folk Art and a wood burning fireplace.

Kusenberger Log Cabin

The Kusenberger Log Cabin, built in 1850, is now the oldest house built by the settlers outside the Fredericksburg city limits. The cabin has original stone floors, a sitting room with a large fireplace and a small loft above. A delightful stone front porch with rockers runs the length of the front of the cabin and provides a wonderful view of the hill country.

Pioneer Log Cabin

The three bedroom Pioneer Log Cabin, circa 1865, is surrounded by a corn crib, log smokehouse and massive stone barns. The enchanting log and rock cottage is part of a complex of historic buildings that were home to four generations of the same Texas family. It is furnished in wonderful 18th and 19th century antiques and textiles, and has a restored wine cellar, fireplace in two of the bedrooms and a 40 foot stone porch with rockers and a swing.

Kusenberger Barn

This massive two story rock barn was built of native Fredericksburg limestone around 1865 and has been renovated as a residence. The two foot thick walls, gun slot windows in front, and stone terrace give it old world charm. It is furnished in wonderful 18th and 19th century antiques and textiles, and features a living room with wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, and bathroom with tub and shower.

Baag Farm House

This home was a wedding present for a descendent of the original settlers of this family farm. The spacious rooms have tall ceilings and are decorated with beautiful antiques. The dining room accommodates eight. Inviting white wicker furniture on the porch sets off the blue house with white trim.

Bohl Log Cabin

This romantic cabin was built in Missouri in 1850, moved to Settlers Crossing then authentically restored with modern amenities. The two story log cabin contains not only a wood burning fireplace and is decorated with early country antiques. An early 19th century corn crib from Pennsylvania and a rock smokehouse add to the charm of the cabin.
