Seven Canyons Villas Fractional Ownership allows 28 guaranteed planned vacation nights per year. Ownership is broken down in 1/10 increments. All villas are identical. Patios with Al Fresco dining, fireplaces, outdoor spa, shower, cabana & access to villas pool. An owner may extend for an additional $350@night as available.
