The waterfowl hunting is phenomenal, with 3 blinds around the rice fields. The saying "If you build it, they will come" is true to form here! Decoy up, and the birds will come. The pond is not only an integral part of the irrigation system, it's also a great source of recreation, fishing for small mouth bass or just enjoy a float.
The access to the Upper Fall River is a huge benefit to the ranch, with a wooden dock right on the river! The Upper Fall River is well known for it's excellent fly fishing, and this is a prime location.
