north of the site. The Brevard County Headquarters of Hospice of St. Francis (41,222 Sq. Ft.)
and their 12 room residential facility (14,483 Sq. Ft.) also utilizes this entrance.
In the immediate area, there is a new major residential community (Forest Trace) of 133 units
that is under construction on Sisson Road. One mile south of the intersection on Grissom
Parkway is Sculptor Charter School with 600 Students and 85 employees.
