Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The additional guest bedrooms are on the other side of the house, off the kitchen and dining room area. The second bedroom features a cozy King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV and a spectacular rivew view. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids as it features two Twin-size beds. Both share the second bath, which has a shower/tub combination. Pool/Dock: The oversized open lanai features an electric heated saltwater pool and poolside dining. Spend your days relaxing on the many sun loungers available and work on your Florida tan. Follow the winding path down to the river, where you can watch dolphins and fish play in the river from the comfort of your chair and a private boat dock with a boat lift available.
