These homes would feature Temecula Valley Schools, large flat usable lots, and would be walking distance from parks, restaurants, and shopping. Perfect for a family compound, or a smaller developer. For a property like this one, the possibilities are endless. Everything would have to be approved, permitted, and rezoned with the county, but an opportunity like this only comes along - once in a great while…It would be nice to see something good for French Valley, and the people who live here.
