Both Morristown-Hamblen and Jefferson Memorial are also 16 miles away. Schools, shopping and dining are all close by. Buy your land now, build now or build later and have it paid off by then. Buy it as an investment if you prefer. Land is always recognized as a great investment. As they say, they're not building any more of it. The options are many.
