This is a desirable recreational property located within 10 minutes of Wichita Falls between FM 1954 and Southwest Parkway with asphalt road frontage on the east side of Sisk Road, or FM 2650.

The land consist of mesquites, hackberry's, cat tails and salt cedars. It is primarily level with a general slope east towards Lake Wichita. There is one pond on the property that was recently constructed. There are several other low lying areas that hold water seasonally. Holliday Creek extends across the south portion of the property eventually flowing into Lake Wichita. Nearly the entire property is within the 100 year floodplain, so it's not recommended to build on.
