The amount of deer traffic and sign on this isolated all timber acreage will definitely surprise you. A deeded easement from the west gives you access. Once on the farm, you’ll find an open buffer area along the west and some of the south edges. This area is currently in grass and could be turned into a food plot. Once in the timber, you find an intertwining network of deer trails that wind through the mix of brushy cover and more mature open timber.
