This parcel is just off Pilot Road about 18 miles from Montello Nevada. Montello has limited services that include a Post Office, Gas & Grocery, Motel, and Bar & Grill. The nearest town with full services is Wendover, Nevada which is about 30 miles South East of the property.
To access the property from SR 233 you head east on Pilot Road and follow the road till you pass the JLJ Ranches sign. Past the JLJ Ranches Sign you head West on 9th Street for about 1.5 miles and you will pass some powerlines.
You can either Head North on the road just past the power lines and then cut west, or follow 9th Street for another 1000 feet and head north.
There is not road directly to the property but the land is fairly flat and you could cut a road pretty easily. I did cross a few washes and used 4wd to drive directly to the property once I left 9th Street.
JLJ Ranches Subdivision lies directly East of the parcel.
Most houses in the area rely on Solar Power and above ground water storage.
I saw a few wildflowers around the property. There is also sagebrush and prairie grass.
In the area I have seen Deer, Elk, Antelope, Rabbits, Birds, Ground Squirrel, and Coyote.
There is a beautiful view of the mountains to the West and of Pilot Peak to the East.
