SMOKEHOUSE ROAD TRACT
LOCATION: South Alabama: River Falls is 4 miles to the east. Evergreen is 25 miles to the west. Andalusia is 9.4 miles to the east. Montgomery is 88 miles to the north. Pensacola is 95 miles to the southwest.
DESCRIPTION: The Smokehouse Road Tract an untouched hardwood timber paradise. This property consist of mainly mature hardwood timber that has not been cut in well over 50 years. It is accessed by deeded easement and has a power line running along the south boundary. There are many mast producing oaks on the property and it is excellent habitat for deer and turkey. A tributary of Pigeon Creek runs across the northeast corner of the property providing water for the wildlife.

From the Intersection of Alabama Highway 55 and U. S. Highway 84 in River Falls, take Highway 84 west for 7 miles and turn right onto Smokehouse Road. The easement to the Smokehouse Road Tract will be on the left in .75 miles.
