The Socagee Tract is a 115.56 acre timberland and recreation property located just east of the Deadwood community in Panola County, TX. The property is comprised of mixed age natural stands and bottomland hardwoods areas along Socagee Creek. The property is access via deeded easement from CR 446B along a gravel oilfield road.

FROM DEADWOOD, TX: Beginning at the intersection of FM 31 South and CR 446, head southeast on FM 31 S toward CR 446B. In 0.4 mile, turn left onto CR 446B. In 0.3 mile, the entrance to the oilfield road/deeded easement will be located on the left. Continue north on the oilfield road for 1.0 mile then turn right. Continue east for 0.25 mile to the large well pad.
