South Hillsborough Excavation Project

Of the 112 +/- acres total, 105 +/- acres are permitted for mining and excavation. The site is strategically located close

to the south Hillsborough and Manatee residential and commercial development explosion along US 301, I-75, and US

41. In this prime location, excavation and hauling requires less travel time and results in more loads for less expense to

nearby residential and commercial construction sites.

The materials include an estimated 7,000,000 cubic yards of fill, DOT-approved embankment material, and sand. The

property is currently being used for pasture.
