Spring Creek Tract

Spring Creek Tract is located between Rome and Cartersville in eastern Floyd County. It is just over an hour from downtown Atlanta and is only 30 minutes off of I-75. The convenience to Rome and Atlanta makes this a great estate home site or recreational tract. Access is provided by Bailey Road and there is about a half of a mile of frontage. Additional frontage on Abrams Road is of a mile.

The tract consists primarily of 1996 pine plantations. There is currently an active second thinning contract on the pine plantations on this tract.
