Spring Hill

Spring Hill Farm earned a reputation of producing winners. You can see it in the trophy room of the estate office and feel it in the care that is taken to maintain the 753+ acres. Miles of white board fencing, woodlands, ponds and fine equestrian facilities dot the rolling green hills. The six bedroom, four and a half bath manor house, constructed in 1839, is the centerpiece of the farm. Vintage boxwoods and a flagstone path lead to a pool, pool house and tennis court. The cathedral roofed pool house includes an entertaining area with wood burning fireplace and stone floors, changing rooms, hot tub and steam bath.
