SURROUNDING AREA

The charming village of Union, which is the Monroe County seat, is just a 15 minute drive. Banking, healthcare facilities, drugstore, grocery shopping and a great family restaurants are readily available. Some of the friendliest people in West Virginia can be found in Monroe County. Monroe County has a population of about 13,000 residents and does not have a stoplight and has more cattle and sheep than people. Lewisburg, which is the Greenbrier County seat, was voted the Coolest Small Town in American in 2011 and is an hour drive to the thriving downtown historic district. There is also a modern hospital and all attendant medical facilities along with all the big box stores.

The Greenbrier County Airport, which has WVs longest runway, is located an hour away and has daily flights to Atlanta and Washington DC. The world famous Greenbrier Resort is about 45 minutes drive and Snowshoe Ski Resort is about 2.5 hours drive. Rich Creek VA and US-460 25 minutes, Princeton on I-77 is 1 hour, Blacksburg 1 hour, DC 5 hours and Charlotte is 3 hours away.

Rich Creek, Narrows, Pearisburg and Blacksburg offer shopping, schools, theatres, modern medical facilities and airports all within an hours drive.

Wentz, PS of Peterstown, West Virginia and shown on a plat of survey titled PLAT OF SURVEY FOR PATRICIA COPELAND SITUATE ON THE WATERS OF LAUREL CREEK, SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT, MONROE COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA, DATE: 12/1/86 SCALE 1=300 TAX MAP NO. 15, PAR. 3, which is made a part of that deed conveying a tract or parcel of land containing 36.86 acres, more or less, to Robert L. Adams and Anne. S. Adams from Patricia Copeland and Gayla Adkins, dated September 19, 2007, and recorded in the Clerks Office of the County Commission of Monroe County, West Virginia in Deed Book 254 Pg. 86. This plat and referenced deed is the same as PARCEL TWO in the aforesaid deed to Robert and Anne Adams Family Trust recorded in DB 265 Pg. 108.

(2) A boundary survey was performed by David O.
