The Springfield Tract (270 acres+/-) is located on Hwy 3 in Orangeburg County near the town of Springfield, SC. The property has approximately 125 acres +/- of merchantable hardwood and pine timber, including the buffer area along Tampa Creek. The property is bordered by Tampa Creek along the East side and Goodland Creek on the South side creating 9500 ft. +/- of creek frontage. The remaining acreage is primarily natural hardwood regeneration that includes approximately 60 acres that retains water creating good duck habitat.
