MODIFIED SEALED BID AUCTION: The property will be offered for sale in a Modified Sealed Bid Auction format, conducted by a licensed Auctioneer. Sealed Bids must be submitted on the Modified Sealed Bid Form (MSBF) that is available on my website. Sealed Bid must be submitted by email and received no later than 12:00pm CDT on Thursday, August 13, 2015. From 1:00pm - 5:00pm on August 13th the 5 Highest Bidders will notified and informed of the Highest Bid received and given an opportunity to increase their original bid. Upon Seller Confirmation of the highest bid, at 6:00pm that day the Buyer will be announced. The property will sell "AS IS".
